I have been needing a good ice pack for a while and luckily got a chance to get this one from Trek Proof. This one is not only affordable but you can use it as a cold or hot pack. The Standard wrap is 36 inches unstretched while the large is up to 68 inches unstretched The Standard wrap is 5 x 10 inches while the large version is 6 x 12 inches Flexible when frozen Comes with two ice packs so you can keep one in the freezer while you're using the other one Great for everything from lower backs to arms legs and shoulders Great for helping to relieve Joint and muscle pain
Packs are easy to use just slide it into the soft cloth and Velcro close it. It makes it easy to go from cold to heat therapy if you want.
Comes with two gel packs. You can choose to keep them both in the freezer ready for cold therapy or keep one out of the freezer and have it ready to microwave it for heat therapy.
You can easily put anywhere you want it by just holding it in place or use the elastic strap to keep it in place. So for like back pain the elastic strap would work well.
All in all its a great gel pack set. Affordable and gives your multiple uses. If you exercise often, go to the gym, have a hard job, partied too hard its good to have one of these on standby in the freezer or ready for heat. It helps with soar muscles, headaches and more.
